How to apply?

Nomination (deadline: July 5th)

Erasmus+ coordinators should nominate their students before sending the Application form. Send your nominations to Nina Turčin: nina.turcin@doba.si

After receiveing your nomination, we organize a Skype interview with each incoming student. Skype interview is ment to get to know you and to test your English knowledge. After the positive Skype interview, students can send in their Application form.

Application (deadline: July 15th)

Each student must send (filled out and signed) Application form to our Erasmus Coordinator, with the following documents:

  • Motivational leter (max 1 page)
  • Transcript of Records
  • One passport size picture
  • (not obligatory) Language Certificate
  • (if possible) Learning Agreement*

*The Learning Agreement can be send over email at a later date, but BEFORE you start your mobility

Introduction Day and Student Support

Introduction day is organized for the new incoming students. Students are asked to arrive on time to participate at the introduction/orientation day, which is especially organized for them. Each year the Introduction day is held in the first week of October. Fellow students and your tutor offer additional support during the whole mobility. Their help consists of assisting with any logistic problem that may arise, purchasing food coupons and generally helping students to familiarize themselves with the new environment. Regarding the courses, you will have full support from your Programme Manager. There is also Erasmus Coordinator available for you should you need her.


Accomodation

We even have a room guarantee for students through our partners. We offer help with housing during your studies in Maribor. The dorms are 15 minutes away from DOBA Business School.


Language

The Erasmus+ programme is held English, but if you would like to learn Slovene, we also offer Slovene language courses at our DOBA Language Centre.

Since we offer study programmes also in Slovene, Croatian and Serbian language, check with our Erasmus coordinator if you can join there.
