Really exceptional thing for me was a chance to link my work assignments with the ones I had in different courses. Studying this way made it more interesting and increased the impact that DOBA Business School has had on my career.

Graduates and Career

Graduates of the Management programme acquire broad business, leadership, and digital knowledge that enables successful employment in the private sector, public sector, public institutions, or their own business – both at home and abroad. In the third year, the programme allows for focused in-depth study according to the chosen specialisation, providing graduates with greater employability and a clear career orientation.

Career opportunities according to the chosen third-year specialisation:

Management: Graduates are qualified to work in the fields of business organisation, digital transformation, business agility, and the development of new business models. They find employment as project associates, business analysts, process coordinators, or leaders of small teams.

HR Management: Graduates develop competencies in employee management and development, modern HR practices, leadership, and internal communication. Career opportunities are available in HR departments, employee development, and management support roles.

Tourism Management: Graduates are qualified to manage tourism organisations, develop tourism services, monitor trends, and work in sustainable tourism. Career opportunities can be found in tourism companies, destination management organisations, and the hospitality sector.

Regardless of the chosen specialisation, graduates develop into agile, digitally competent, and strategically oriented professionals who understand people, processes, and the modern business environment. The degree also enables progression to master’s-level studies.
