You will study fully online following the DOBA online learning model, the only online learning model  whose quality has been confirmed by two international accreditations. Before the start of your studies, we will organise an introductory week on online learning so that you will be well-equipped for your studies.

APPLICATION AND ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

1. Complete the application form: https://portal.evs.gov.si/prijava/ 

2. Please attach the relevant proof of prior education when submitting your application.

Documents required for enrolment in master’s programmes:

• A scanned copy of your diploma, or a graduation certificate if the diploma has not yet been issued – confirming completion of an undergraduate study programme worth 180 ECTS credits
• A scanned copy of your transcript of records or diploma supplement
• CV / résumé

Documents required for enrolment in doctoral programmes:

• A certified copy of your diploma or certificate of graduation in a Bachelor and Master’s programme (DOBA University of Applied Sciences graduates do not need to provide a certified copy, a regular copy suffices)
• Certificate of average grades in the Bachelor and Master’s programme and the grade for the diploma/master’s thesis (we will obtain data for DOBA University of Applied Sciences graduates ourselves)
• Decision on the recognition of foreign education if the candidate completed the Bachelor and/or Master’s programme abroad
• CV in English (e.g. EUROPASS)
• Bibliography (list of published professional and scientific papers, monographic publications, and other work)
• Certificate of fluency in English (at least B2)
• Motivation letter in English - template
• Research plan in English - template 

The Call for Enrolment for the 2026/2027 academic year is published on the website of the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport.

Application period:

• The first application period is from 2 March 2026 to 30 June 2026
• The second application period is from 24 August 2026 to 30 September 2026

Payment terms and benefits

• possibility to pay in 12 installments
• lower tuiton fee for payment in one instalment
• discount in amount of 150,00 EUR for registration until June 30 
• discount for DOBA University of Applied Sciences graduates 

DOBA shall as a rule harmonise the amount of the instalments three times a year in accordance with the annual rate of increase in consumer prices in the Republic of Slovenia, whereby for first enrolment, the prices as set at the time of the conclusion of the Agreement shall apply for the first three months. DOBA Business School shall charge the Student the payment of the tuition fees for enrolment in every subsequent year and all other study fees (graduation fee, etc) according to the price list adopted by the Management Board of DOBA as a rule every January for the next academic year.
