The contemporary global environment is increasingly shaped by geopolitical shifts, security and energy crises, trade tensions, technological fragmentation, and the restructuring of the international economic order. Geopolitical dynamics are no longer merely an external context of business operations; they have become a decisive factor in the strategic decision-making of companies, financial institutions, and states. Their effects are increasingly visible in leadership practices, organizational structures, entrepreneurial decisions, and, more broadly, in the quality of life of individuals and societies.
