Employers’ Assessment of DOBA Business School

Our graduates are distinguished by applicable knowledge, the desire to learn, teamwork, and effectiveness. 64% will get promoted as a result of getting a degree.

The quality of a school is evident from the success of its graduates and DOBA Business School graduates are successful, as 64% will get promoted as a result of getting a degree, change their job, receive a higher salary or stimulation.

In this year’s survey, employers emphasised Entrepreneurship and Management as the key competency that they will require from their employees in the future. A close second was Personal Development followed by Self-Initiative and Continuous Learning.

As regards our graduates or their employees, employers noted the greatest progress in the development of the following competencies:

  • Personal development for self-initiative, positive attitude, and willingness for continuous learning.
  • Professional knowledge and competencies.
  • Knowledge and competencies for written and verbal communication.

DOBA Business School will continue to strive for a quality, contemporary and practice-oriented nature of our programmes, which will bring about change in the life and business world of our graduates.

In December, a new generation will join the 3,852 successful graduates of DOBA Business School who study in three different languages.
