Conclusion of WAB 2021 (Working Across Borders 2021)

After ten weeks, the international virtual mobility project Working Across Borders 2021, which included DOBA Business School students, was concluded with a closing ceremony and the announcement of the best achievements of the international teams.

Over 600 students from 14 educational institutions from all continents took on the role of business consultants in 128 teams to explore the challenges of sustainable development for the international company GARCIA from the Netherlands. They developed the most sustainable value proposition for the chosen country and target customer while incorporating the concept of true pricing and prepared proposals for communication of the value proposition to the target customer.

Students made video presentations and GARCIA had the difficult task of choosing the most innovative solution, the best solution, the best video presentation, and the overall winner. We are exceptionally proud that our student, Katarina Matijević, was a member of Team 106, the overall winner.

Coaches have also nominated the best videos by category: the highest number of awarded points, the most professional presentation, outstanding cooperation, and the overall winner. These included videos of two teams whose members were also DOBA Business School students. We are proud that our student, Dušan Stojanovič, was a member of Team 5, which gave the most professional presentation of its solutions.

Congratulations to the ten DOBA Business School students on the successful completion of the project and their excellent participation in international teams, which resulted in the recognition of 40% of the grade in 6 (or 25% of the grade in one case) courses.
