Marina Letonja

Letonja has a Ph.D. in entrepreneurship (family entrepreneurship) and innovation management and is  associate professor at the DOBA Faculty. She has many years of experience as a researcher - consultant in the field of entrepreneurship and as a lecturer at the DOBA Faculty and at the GEA College, Faculty of Entrepreneurship.

She has gained entrepreneurial knowledge at numerous trainings at home and abroad (USA, Great Britain and Germany). She has and is participating in many domestic and international projects. At the DOBA Faculty, she holds the courses Family Business, Entrepreneurship and Company Culture, Economics at the undergraduate level and Business Forecasting and Sustainable Development Strategy at the Master's level.

She has mentored the creation of over 700 business plans, over 200 diploma and master's theses, she also mentors doctoral students. She leads and participates in research in the field of family entrepreneurship, women's entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and in this field also publishes the results of research work in international and national scientific journals.
