The First CERAS Project Meeting

On 15 and 16 December 2025, the first transnational project meeting (TPM) of the project CERAS – Circular Economy for Rural Areas and SMEs is taking place at DOBA University of Applied Sciences. Representatives of partner higher education institutions and organisations from Romania, Greece, Slovenia, Spain and Albania have come together to align project activities, discuss the development of a digital platform for the circular economy, and plan education and training programmes for teachers and students.

The meeting represents an important step in strengthening cooperation between higher education institutions and rural SMEs, as well as in the development of innovative solutions in the field of the circular economy and sustainability.
