Associate Professor Dr. Gorazd Justinek has become the new Dean of DOBA University of Applied Sciences

The new Dean brings extensive leadership and professional experience from academia, public administration, and international cooperation. He is a higher education lecturer and an active researcher, focused on strengthening academic excellence, advancing scientific research, and fostering the continued development and innovation of DOBA University of Applied Sciences.

As Dean of DOBA University of Applied Sciences, he will place special emphasis on the development of modern, practice-oriented, and internationally focused study programmes, strengthening research activities, further developing online study, and enhancing cooperation with industry and international partners.

With the appointment of the new Dean, DOBA University of Applied Sciences continues to implement its 2025–2030 Strategy and further consolidates its position as a leading higher education institution in the field of online education in Southeast Europe.
