Dr Andreja Lavrič on Erasmus+ mobility at SWPS University in Warsaw

In October 2025, Dr Andreja Lavrič carried out professional training at the SWPS University, Faculty of Psychology in Warsaw (Poland), as part of the Erasmus+ staff mobility program.

The mobility focused on the exchange of good practices in the fields of educational psychology, social and emotional learning, and the use of artificial intelligence in education. During her visit, Dr Lavrič observed lectures, collaborated with local researchers, and conducted a workshop for psychology students entitled Psychological Well-being and Social Games: Fostering Self-Concept and Preventing Violence.

Such Erasmus mobilities contribute to the development of international cooperation, the personal and professional growth of lecturers, and enable the transfer of innovative approaches into teaching practice. At DOBA, we expect that the effects of mobility will be reflected in even greater international connectivity, more modern approaches to teaching, and additional opportunities for students.

Dr Andreja Lavrič on her Erasmus experience: »In October 2025, as part of the Erasmus+ programme, I visited SWPS University in Warsaw (Poland), where I participated in pedagogical and professional training and conducted a workshop for psychology students entitled Psychological Well-being and Social Games: Fostering Self-Concept and Preventing Violence. 
During the mobility, I observed lectures in educational and cognitive psychology, met up with Polish lecturers and researchers, and explored ways of integrating social and emotional learning into higher education. The visit was an opportunity to exchange good practices, deepen my knowledge of experiential learning, and explore possibilities for using artificial intelligence to support students and teachers.
The mobility has had a significant impact on my professional and personal development, as it has enabled me to network internationally, exchange knowledge, and develop new ideas for working with students and colleagues.«
