Once again, students confirmed in the final surveys that the best study programme 2024/2025 at DOBA Faculty is the undergraduate programme Business Management. The programme offers four modern study tracks: Management, Digital Management, Human Resources Management, and Tourism Management.
The programme currently enrols 721 students from as many as 36 different countries. The majority are employed students (78%), which gives the programme a strong practical dimension, as theory is constantly intertwined with real workplace experience.
From a demographic perspective, the group is highly diverse – 68% women and 32% men, creating a balanced dynamic. The average student age is 29, which means the programme brings together both younger participants who have only recently entered the business world, and those with years of professional experience who wish to further enhance their knowledge.
This diversity is what adds real value to the programme, encouraging intercultural cooperation, exchange of ideas, and valuable networking.

On a 7-point scale, students once again awarded the programme an exceptionally high score in 2024/2025 – an average of 6.48 – confirming the excellence of delivery, the quality of lecturers, and the relevance of the content.

This year I was most impressed by the fact that I could quickly connect the knowledge I gained in individual courses with everyday situations. It gave me the sense that I am studying something useful and practical. I also really enjoyed the group assignments, as working with my classmates taught me many new things, as well as the importance of collaboration and listening to other opinions. I was also thrilled to notice my personal progress – I became more organised, better at managing my study time and assignments, and more confident when giving presentations. I found the practical examples shared by lecturers especially interesting, as they helped me understand how things are applied in the real world. This year, my studies truly motivated me and gave me the feeling that I am on the right path.
