The round table “When Technology Meets Leadership: Artificial Intelligence in Management Practice” is intended for leaders who understand that artificial intelligence is no longer a topic of the future, but a practical tool of the present. Its aim is to open a professional, yet highly practical discussion on how AI influences strategic decision-making, organisational culture, employee competences and corporate competitiveness. The event seeks to offer clear guidance, practical examples and reflection on how managers can meaningfully connect technology with people, responsibility and a long-term development vision. It is designed as a space for thoughtful dialogue between experience, research and real business challenges – with the purpose of helping leaders make more informed, bold and strategically grounded decisions in a time of digital transformation.

Aleš Štempihar, higher education lecturer at DOBA University of Applied Sciences, digital strategist with more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation, strategy redesign and the management of business and IT projects.
Iztok Renčelj, expert in the development and management of complex IT systems and services. In recent years, he has focused on developing innovation services and business models that support advanced technologies such as IoT, artificial intelligence and business intelligence.
Dr Miha Lavrič, researcher and higher education lecturer at DOBA University of Applied Sciences, expert in informatics and modern digital solutions. He connects technological development with organisational needs and focuses on the meaningful and responsible use of technology in the business environment.
