The event will be held in Slovenian language.

In a time of digital transformation and artificial intelligence, higher education is at an important turning point. Online education no longer means only accessibility and flexibility, but is becoming a key factor of quality, innovation and global competitiveness. At the round table, we will open a discussion on how approaches to learning, teaching and assessment are changing, and how the connection between technology and didactics can create a new paradigm of education.

Special emphasis will be placed on:

• the role of artificial intelligence in personalising learning,
• supporting students and developing pedagogical approaches,
• and new ways of assessing and evaluating knowledge.

Good practices in online education will also be presented, including the model of DOBA University of Applied Sciences, which, with its emphasis on active learning, mentoring support and the introduction of artificial intelligence, represents an advanced approach in the European area.

The event is intended for higher education institutions, professionals and everyone interested in the future of education – one that is not based solely on access to knowledge, but on its quality, innovativeness and added value.

Excellent speakers will answer the key question: How can we shape educational models that meet the needs of individuals, organisations and society in the age of artificial intelligence?
