Project meeting VR4Skills at DOBA Business School

Last week, DOBA Business School hosted international partners as part of the VR4Skills project – Comprehensive Training Framework for Leaders of Internationalization enhanced by Virtual Reality (VR) in a post-pandemic era. The project meeting was attended by representatives from WSB University (Poland), İstanbul Aydin University (Turkey), UC Leuven-Limburg (Belgium), Avans University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands), and the Businet Network. During the meeting, we collectively reviewed the progress of the Erasmus KA2 VR4Skills project and the activities that still need to be carried out within the project framework.

During the meeting, we planned multiplier events that will be conducted in the future and reviewed evaluations and feedback on the pilot trainings that have already been conducted. Additionally, we addressed key issues for the implementation of the VR environment for training, including the review of VR scenarios that will be used for this purpose.

The meeting was extremely productive as we set clear guidelines for the next steps in the project. Cooperation and the exchange of ideas among partners are crucial factors for the success of the VR4Skills project, which aims to create an innovative training framework for the development of competencies of non-teaching staff at higher education institutions across Europe.

In the coming months, we will continue with project activities and look forward to further strengthening collaboration and knowledge exchange among the VR4Skills project partners.
