We are proud to announce that this autumn we will begin implementing a new Erasmus+ project entitled My Digital Self: Shaping Identity in the Digital Age (SELF-ID).
Erasmus+ is a European Union programme that supports education, training, youth, and sport across Europe. Projects under this programme foster international collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the development of innovative learning approaches.
The SELF-ID project is led by Dr. Martina Plantak in cooperation with Dr. Marko Divjak, alongside partners from Croatia, Italy, and Austria. Over a two-year period, the project will explore how today’s digital environment influences the formation of youth identity, self-image, and self-confidence.
The project is fully funded under the Erasmus+ programme with a total budget of €250,000.
The main objectives of the project are to promote the development of:
Through the development of pedagogical content, interactive tools, and educational materials, we aim to help young people better understand themselves and their role in the digital world. Key project activities will include the creation of innovative teaching materials and an analog escape room as an example of learning through gamification. Project results will be shared through online webinars, teacher training programmes, and peer-to-peer events, culminating in a final symposium with partners from all four participating countries.
We look forward to successful collaboration and the creation of resources that will contribute to a more confident and responsible digital generation.
