DOBA attending the UNESCO World Congress

Ljubljana, 18-20 September 2017

More than 550 participants are attending the Second World Congress on the importance of open educational resources, which is being held in Cankarjev dom.

DOBA Business School is attending the Congress in the context of a satellite event.

The Congress was opened today by Dr Maja Makovec Brenčič, Minister of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Slovenia. The World Congress is being held for two days with its main objectives being:
•  to examine the solutions and challenges of education systems worldwide in terms of open educational resources,
•  to showcase the world´s best OER practices
•  to provide recommendations for the future.

There are 111 countries participating in the congress, 30 ministers, 550 participants, etc.

On Wednesday, 20 September, Dr Boris Cizelj and Dr Marko Divjak from DOBA Business School will participate in the context of the satellite event titled KEN Workshop on OER and University Didactics. More information about the event is available here.
